The famous and traditional butcher’s shop A. Idsøe has expanded its business to include a restaurant and event space. On this project, LINK brought two listed buildings together, furnished a new restaurant and equipped its kitchen. The butcher’s shop is located in the centre of Stavanger.

A deep dive into the history of Idsøe has left its mark on the concept for the restaurant’s interior. The new premises have been designed with an open kitchen, varied seating areas and a clear connection between shop and restaurant. LINK interior has been responsible for the whole and purpose-designed most of the permanent fixtures.
