Interior Architecture

In LINK, we have 50 interior architects who are ambitious to create an environment that inspires people's everyday lives and contributes to a good quality of life. We facilitate interaction between people and create spaces that nurture work and learning, play and joy, concentration and inspiration.

Our interior architects have professional expertise ranging from concept development, space planning, and interior architecture to furniture design, lighting, and visual graphic elements. We challenge our customers and each other to create efficient, comfortable, flexible, resilient, and beautiful interior solutions.

Participation processes

Understanding, involving, and engaging the user is the key to successful interior design. We start every project by getting to know the customer. We identify challenges and opportunities and map the users' needs. Be it the patients in a hospital, the residents in a housing project, the workforce in an office, or the students at a university.

Tomorrow's solutions

Central to our culture are development and innovation. We participate in interdisciplinary research and innovation programs in workplace development, parametric design, and organizational development. The corona pandemic heralded a clear trend. The difference between home and work, learning and leisure, is erased. It requires an extraordinary ability to develop flexible interior solutions adapted to tomorrow's needs, different purposes, and changed working and living conditions.

Sustainable interior architecture

In close collaboration with the client, we always seek a good balance between high environmental ambitions, financial profitability, and social sustainability. Our simulation tools make it possible to choose optimal solutions that give the best possible effect. As interior architects, we focus on the social sustainability aspect and seek to create a framework that provides a good quality of life for users.

This was a challenging and intense assignment where LINK Arkitektur showed good solvency and made use of interdisciplinary and internal expertise. Our client and their tenant are very excited about the quality the hotel has now received.
